POSITION
The position QLD Sales Manager is now available.

Drive B2B sales with Tier 1 & 2 clients, new home builders & volume builders.
Lead a sales team across QLD.
Create strategy to acquire new clients.
Meet KPI's including sales budgets and conversion ratios.
Ability to comprehend technical information.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.

CANDIDATEIf you are looking for a great career opportunity to manage a sales team and show what you can do then this role is for you.

Minimum 3 years sales experience.
Previous experience managing a sales team.
Previous experience selling window furnishing, soft furnishing products or similar.
Extensive relationships with Tier 1 & 2 builders.
Strong technical knowledge of building materials, methods and processes.
Strong at building relationships with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
