
EA to CEO and Office Support

- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO & ELT, including complex diary, travel, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and distribute Board & ELT agendas, packs, and briefing materials to strict deadlines.
- Manage business reporting, correspondence logs, and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional relationship management.
- Coordinate stakeholder visits, events, and external engagements.
- Oversee office operations — from reception cover to meeting room set-up and catering.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion.
- Ensure smooth information flow across the business, anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
- Proven EA experience supporting a CEO or senior executives, ideally with Board duties.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communicator with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, adaptable, and tech-savvy (advanced MS Office).
- Driver’s licence and car.
