- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals align with business objectives, delivering high-impact outcomes with high visibility across the organisation.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of projects focused on Financial Crime and AML, from initiation through to delivery
- Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across both business and technology teams
- Ensure initiatives are delivered in line with regulatory standards and compliance obligations
- Apply structured project management practices and take a proactive, hands-on approach to achieve business objectives
- Support ongoing improvements to project delivery frameworks and team processes
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead/Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master within banking
- Strong background in Financial Crime project delivery, within a regulatory program
- Business-focused approach with hands-on delivery capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Prior experience in agile and waterfall delivery environments
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to navigate complex environments
- Prior financial crime technology implementation experience (nice to have)
