Marketing Campaign Specialist – BrisbaneJoin our Tait Asia Pacific (TAP) Marketing Team as a Marketing Campaign Specialist and play a key role in bringing our campaigns to life. In this mid-level position, you'll be at the heart of creating and executing impactful marketing initiatives that spark demand, build awareness of our solutions, and strengthen brand loyalty - all driving real sales growth. You'll collaborate with our Business Development Managers, Channel Account Managers, and Channel Partners to shape campaigns that fuel pipeline opportunities and make an impact on the business.About the Role - What You'll Be Doing

Create and run marketing campaigns that drive sales and channel growth.
Bring communications to life - from newsletters and webinars to social posts and promotional content.
Play a key role in shaping and delivering the TAP Marketing Plan.
Help channel partners get the most from marketing materials - and spot new opportunities to create more.
Coordinate demand-generation activities like sales campaigns, bespoke events, and trade shows, making sure every lead counts.
Ensure channel partner data accurate and reliable in Tait's CRM.

About YouYou'll bring a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar, with 2–4 years' experience in a comparable role. You're confident presenting to different audiences, skilled in planning and coordinating projects, and comfortable leading business meetings or working as part of a team. Strong financial awareness and polished business acumen underpin your approach.You're proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and ideally familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud and project/task management tools. Additional training or certifications will be highly regarded.Perks of working with us
