We invest in our people by building rewarding careers, offering training and development opportunities and a values-driven culture where our people can belong and thrive.About the roleStep into a dynamic and impactful role where you'll manage an active caseload, including intake, assessment, case planning, reviews, safety planning, and one-on-one interventions tailored to each family’s unique needs. You'll collaborate with external support services to ensure coordinated care that aligns with Trauma-Informed, Person-Centred, and Strengths-Based approaches. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to sector initiatives by participating in reference groups and special projects.This role is in partnership with Wadjak Northside and is commencing mid to late October. The position is on a full-time permanent basis working at our Mirrabooka and Joondalup services.About youYou’ll have commitment to providing quality support to families and children who are at risk or presenting with complex issues. You’ll have experience working with diverse cultures and communities and have excellent interpersonal skills.In addition, you will also possess:
  • Qualifications within the Community Services Sector is preferred but not required
  • Experience in delivering evidence based, therapeutic interventions and case work within the community or health sector
  • Strong administrative, documentation and case management skills
  • Ability to be flexible, innovative and work autonomously
  • Drivers Licence
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
