- 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Experience in Health, Education, defence or aviation projects (preferred, not essential).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and contract administration.
- Proven capability with delivery methodologies such as Full Documentation / Fixed Lump Sum and Design & Construct.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead teams, build and maintain business relationships, and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Completion of a construction site health and safety course.
- Professional qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (desirable).
- AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification (or equivalent) would be highly regarded.
