- Maintain standards of all health and hygiene requirements in line with HACCP standards.
- Liaise with the Kitchen teams on special requests or delayed meals.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong desire to achieve high results, driven by success.
- Previous experience in a banqueting environment would be highly regarded
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced kitchen
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety principals.
- Food Safety Certificate is essential.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts
