Product ManagerWe're working with a well-established organisation that is investing heavily in digital transformation and customer experience. They are now seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of products spanning curriculum delivery, online learning platforms, AI initiatives and customer experience solutions.You will play a central role in shaping the roadmap, managing competing priorities and driving business and customer outcomes.About the roleYou will work across the business, franchisees and customers to:Build, validate and evolve the product roadmap.Prioritise feature requests, enhancements and new initiatives against ROI and business outcomes.Run governance forums and influence key investment decisions.Balance localised stakeholder needs against global priorities.Partner with extremely busy stakeholders, building trust and alignment while ensuring commercial focus.This role sits at the heart of the organisation, acting as the “glue” between business units, customers and technology teams. You'll have high visibility and direct impact on both customer experience and business growth.What we are looking forMust have (Non-negotiables):Proven end-to-end product roadmap ownership experience.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link product decisions to ROI.Demonstrated ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders at all levels.Nice to have:Experience with digital learning, curriculum delivery or LMS platforms.Exposure to multi-site, franchise or membership-based business models.Soft skillsPragmatic, adaptable and outcome-focused.Strong credibility-building and stakeholder management skills.Able to respectfully push back and prioritise effectively.The offerSalary: $120k - $130k + super (flexible for the right person).35-hour work week with hybrid flexibility (2 days in the office).Sydney-based role with low staff turnover and a collaborative team culture.Opportunity to work on innovative digital products, including a new AI offering with global rollout.Please note: Only candidates with relevant product management experience will be shortlisted and contacted.
