
Contracts Administrator

- Assist in developing procurement strategies, preparing and reviewing supplier and subcontractor RFQs and negotiating contract terms.
- Draft and manage contract documentation including variations, extensions of time (EOTs) and claims. Maintain accurate registers and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Participate in handovers, prepare commercial management plans and provide ongoing commercial advice to project teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Identify and assess risks and claims, collaborate with legal and commercial teams to develop resolution strategies and support dispute resolution process.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders including client and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all phases of the contract.
- Minimum 3 years previous experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role.
- Sound understanding of contract terms and conditions, alongside a familiarity with the commercial and legal issues impacting business and the delivery of projects
- Proven experience with post-contract award deliverables
- Negotiation and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes
- Developed analytical and planning/prioritisation skills
- Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders
- Operate across the business through open communication and engagement. Work effectively in teams to identify and improve processes
