This is your opportunity to join a dedicated Renal team as a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE), supporting Haemodialysis/ Renal services.In this pivotal role, you'll lead clinical education programs that empower nursing staff to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. You'll apply adult learning principles and diverse teaching strategies to build capability across all levels of nursing, while fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.Working closely with the clinical teams, educators, management, SWSLHD Renal Nurse Manager, Dialysis Nurse unit Manager, Renal HoD and CNC's. You'll help shape the future of renal care through innovation, leadership, and continuous improvementAbout the OpportunityAs a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) you will be involved in the development, education, and mentorship of the nursing team. The role offers Haemodialysis nursing education, providing evidence-based programs and support to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.Reap the benefit of your patient and customised approach to educating Renal Nurses.What You'll be DoingDeliver patient centred, evidence-based care with focus on haemodialysis and chronic kidney disease (CKD) care in accordance with relevant standards.
