In this role, you will be responsible for providing a variety of treatments, including massages such as relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, and pregnancy. Additionally, you will perform body treatments including scrubs and wraps, along with packages and journeys.Key selection criteria

A nationally accredited Diploma in Remedial Massage or Certificate 4 in Massage Therapy.
Considerable experience performing massages in a luxury, 5-star day spa environment - highly desirable.
Extensive experience in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and pregnancy.
Genuine care for guests with the ability to understand their needs, preferences, and areas of tension.
Ability to meet booking demands without compromising service quality.
Adherence to Crown's procedures, our spa's treatment protocols, and exceptional standards.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Impeccable conduct, punctuality, and confidentiality.
Immaculate grooming and presentation.
Passionate about the wellness industry.
