- Effectively use data analytics to provide recommendations to solve the problem
- Manage the client relationship and engagement
- Ensure the execution of account plan initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the business development team to generate new business opportunities and drive renewal strategies with existing clients
- Champion the use of customer loyalty data and Circana’s proprietary data visualisation and analytics platform with clients
- 3+ years’ experience in insights or analytics, within a market research agency, FMCG manufacturer or retailer
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
- Previous experience working with customer loyalty data preferred
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to influence business decisions
- High attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
