This pivotal role provides after-hours leadership and oversight of the nursing workforce and hospital operations, ensuring high standards of clinical care and operational excellence.As the After-Hours Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting the clinical team to deliver safe, holistic, and person-centred care
Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation across all areas
Providing confident, professional leadership and guidance to clinical staff
Promoting a culture of safety and quality in alignment with best practice standards
Applying sound clinical and operational judgment to support effective, efficient care delivery
Maintaining oversight of patient and staff safety throughout the facility

Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
Demonstrated high level nursing experience, knowledge, skill and focus on nursing leadership
