Functional Analyst - Microsoft Power PlatformThe RoleWe are seeking a Functional Analyst to join a dynamic Enterprise Business Platform team. In this key position, you will be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, playing a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects within the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will be responsible for understanding business processes, gathering and analysing requirements, and ensuring that solutions align with strategic organisational objectives.Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
Act as a primary liaison between business units and developers.
Support system and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Map current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Power Platform capabilities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all requirements, workflows, and system changes.

About YouThe ideal candidate is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating functional specifications. You have a solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including their capabilities and constraints.You will also possess:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proven analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of proposing and implementing effective solutions.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and design.
The adaptability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of enterprise platform governance and security is desirable.
