Operational Readiness Specialist

- Partner with the Project Delivery Team to understand scope and timelines, ensuring readiness documentation (IOMs, datasheets, P&IDs, etc.) is complete and accessible.
- Liaise with Asset Owners to identify and close readiness gaps, providing clear updates through to handover.
- Work with Central Support teams (Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, NPI & Water Management) to align with corporate standards.
- Conduct spares criticality assessments and manage cataloguing and stock holding in line with Maintenance Philosophy.
- Create and update SAP master data (Function Locations, Equipment Masters, BOMs, Maintenance Plans, etc.) in collaboration with site and central teams.
- Lead meetings, manage schedules and budgets, and deliver regular progress reports.
- Trade qualification (preferred) with strong maintenance planning experience.
- Proficiency in SAP Master Data creation/change.
- Solid mining industry experience and understanding of Operational Readiness fundamentals.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Budget management and advanced MS Office proficiency.
