It will involve significant boots on the ground time.As Project Director, you will take overall responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of major civil infrastructure projects. Working closely with clients, delivery partners and your project leadership team, you will drive outcomes across safety, program, cost and quality.You will be joining a business that prides itself on:

About you:

Proven track record in leading major civil infrastructure projects ($100m+).
Strong commercial and contractual acumen with an ability to influence at executive and client levels.
A collaborative leadership style that brings the best out of project teams and stakeholders, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Commitment to safety, quality and sustainability.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale renewable energy projects, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Tasks:

Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of renewable energy projects.
Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all project activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
