As a High Voltage Electrician you will be required to:

Perform the servicing, repair and maintenance of AC drive Electric Haul Trucks, workshops and facilities as directed in accordance with Thiess maintenance systems documentation.
Work safely and comply with the Site Safety Health and Management System.
Completing General Maintenance, Breakdowns, Services and Component Change outs.
Periodical Statutory Electrical Testing/ Inspections
Source technical information from the relevant available reference manuals, technical bulletins, OEM and computer-based systems.
Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
Conduct required inspections to maximise equipment utilisation

About youAs a successful applicant, you'll be a high-achieving safety-focused individual who enjoys delivering results in a dynamic environment. Your attention to detail coupled with your commitment to delivering high quality work will also ensure your success in this role. The ideal candidate will hold:

Queensland Electrical Work Licence or equivalent
HV Switching certification desirable
Proven experience in a similar role in heavy industry or construction
Current LVR/ CPR
Valid Driver's Licence
Current Standard 11
