- Manage travel arrangements, expense reconciliations, vendor liaison, and internal communications for senior leaders.
- Organise regional staff conferences, board meetings, and leadership sessions, including minute-taking and action tracking.
- Assist with strategic project coordination, milestone tracking, and support local staff development programs.
- Provide regional reporting, maintain SharePoint sites, and support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support compliance reporting, maintain legal and insurance registers, and coordinate group data responses.
- Coordinate performance reviews, engagement surveys, exit data reporting, and onboarding/offboarding for senior hires.
- Ensure all activities align with Eurofins' Code of Ethics and relevant policies and procedures.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field are desirable.
- Candidates currently undertaking relevant studies will also be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Skilled in managing large volumes of documentation with precision and efficiency.
- Advanced typing, editing, and document formatting skills, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
- Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and accountability in managing responsibilities.
- Ability to understand and respond to the needs of senior stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
