Haileybury is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and people-oriented professional to join our Executive Office team. This full-time, ongoing position is primarily based at our Keysborough campus and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative school environment.This is a unique opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO | Principal’s Unit. You will work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO | Principal, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Office.   • Coordinate logistics for executive and board meetings, including agendas, venues, catering, and technology setups
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO | Principal’s Unit, including coverage during leave periods and assistance with overflow tasks
  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives through participation in meetings, working groups, and professional development activities
