About the Role:An exciting opportunity is available for an Administration Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Carrum Downs. This role will see you providing essential administrative support to the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business. You’ll assist with documentation, scheduling, data entry, and communication between internal staff and external stakeholders. This position offers both full-time and part-time options, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across operations and office functions
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records
  • Manage documentation, databases, and filing systems
  • Respond to staff, client, and supplier queries in a professional and timely manner

Skills & Experience:
  • Previous administration or office support experience, ideally within manufacturing or a similar environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
