You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, production, logistics, and operational delivery of the AO Ballpark and other major TES Live events. This includes the development and implementation of detailed bump-in/out schedules, contractor management, budget oversight, and client liaison to ensure seamless execution.We’re open to the right person joining us on contract or in an ongoing role – either way, you’ll be part of a team that delivers some of Australia’s most iconic family and live entertainment events!RequirementsWhat does a day in the life look like?Role Responsibilities
  • Manage all event operations – from bump-in/out schedules to contractor management.
  • Own budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time, safely and within margins.
  • Be the key client contact, building trusted relationships with Tennis Australia and other partners.
  • Lead logistics, suppliers, and on-site crews to bring large-scale activations to life.
About You:
  • Proven event operations or production management experience.
  • Strong budget and contractor management skills.
  • Calm leadership under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
  • A problem-solver and clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Other key considerations for this position
  • Due to the nature of this role, work is required outside of business hours and on the weekend.
  • Spend extended periods of time on your feet at events
