Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Site Foreman to lead the delivery of a luxury $4M residential rebuild in Bronte. This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone with a carpentry background and proven experience managing high-end projects over $2 million in value.As the on-site lead, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of trades, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met while maintaining our strong reputation for craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors and direct trades to meet schedule and design specifications
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness on site
Ensure carpentry and structural works are completed to premium standards
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to deliver the project vision
Manage timelines, budgets, and site documentation
Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings

About You

Trade qualified Carpenter with a solid background in residential construction
Minimum 5 years of Foreman/Site Supervisor experience
Proven track record managing projects over $2 million, ideally in high-end or architectural homes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of construction programming and site coordination
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Able to read and interpret architectural and structural plans confidently
White Card and current driver's licence
