With over 30 years in the industry and more than 60 completed rail station projects including complex upgrades within live environments, they’re known for their professionalism, reliability, and mastery of technically challenging builds.The OpportunityJoin the team as a Site Foreman, taking a lead role in delivering rail station upgrades or associated commercial works within critical and operational rail environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on foreman who thrives on managing trades, schedules, and site safety across live works, particularly those with proven experience in railway or train station settings.The RoleReporting directly to the Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and coordinating daily site activities, trades, and subcontractors in live rail settings
Ensuring seamless HSEQ compliance, including working within rail corridors and during track possessions
Maintaining program flow in complex, high-traffic construction environments
Liaising with rail operators, heritage specialists, and design consultants to resolve on-site challenges
Monitoring quality and attention to detail across heritage and infrastructure restoration works
About You
Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Supervisor on rail stations or rail-based construction sites
Strong expertise with safety management
Comfortable working in high-stake, live environments with multiple stakeholder groups
Solid leadership and communication skills to guide trades under tight schedules
Keen eye for quality and adherence to heritage restoration or rail infrastructure standards
