- Supporting the project team in the delivery of the procurement strategy
- Supporting the project team in the management of both Head & Subcontract variation
- Management of subcontractor/Supplier claims process in accordance with the subcontract & HCA Systems
- Manage contract finalisation including defects, manuals and variations
- Assist with the compilation of monthly reports
- You will be an estimator and/or Contract Administrator and have over 2 year’s plus experience working for a reputable builder on mixed projects over $1 million ideally new build and commercial Fit out's and refurbishments.
- A track record of preparing cost forecasts, preparing cash flow analysis and monitoring financial outcomes on significant construction projects
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Strong negotiation skills and an ability to work in partnership with subcontractors
