THE COMPANYThis is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Residential Projects Estimator, Commercial Construction Estimator or experienced Production and Procurement Estimator to be influential in winning projects and managing cost control and procurement strategies with a Multi-Award-Winning Builder of Architecturally Designed Premium-Build Residences and Development Projects.THE PERSONWe are seeking that special someone with initiative, ingenuity, and perception who can integrate into an established premium-residential building company, and take responsibility for this crucial phase of the construction and building process. Your ability to liaise with sales consultants, discerning clients, designers, suppliers, trades and executive management will be evident and your local experience, confidence, and ability to negotiate purchase orders and agreements will be your keys to success.THE POSITIONThe Pre-Contract and Production Estimator - Custom Residential and – Developments will work closely with the leadership team, building designers and suppliers to streamline budget, sales, and production estimating and procurement. Your concept and budget estimates will guide design development and lead into preparing accurate sales estimates and project production / construction estimates. As the Pre-Contract and Production Estimator, you will interact with a diverse network of suppliers and trades, review schedules of rates and leverage volume purchasing and discounts for build cost containment. You will also value-engineer projects and control material quantities for accuracy to achieve cost savings.
