
Technical Services Manager

- Manage a team of Service Specialists for machine installations, technical services support, training, spare parts warehousing, and equipment supply and demand planning
- Monitor financial performance for the technical services budget and implement cost-effective solutions where appropriate while maintaining service excellence
- Manage third-party technical service supplier relationships, including contract management, ensuring service level agreements are being met
- Collaborate with our out of home sales team on equipment strategy and portfolio selection
- Manage equipment and spare parts inventory
- You hold at least 7 years' experience in a similar position, with a focus on providing a high level of customer service
- Experience working with coffee equipment will be highly regarded
- Experience working closely with an out of home sales team will be highly regarded
- You are analytical with the ability to build and deliver strategy
- You have experience managing a budget, with experience implementing cost-effective solutions
- Support, training and an extensive onboarding program
