This role is all about creating meaningful products that deliver value to our customers while supporting our broader business goals.Your ImpactIn this role, you'll:

Fuel growth by supporting commercial strategy and aligning with Medibank's strategic pillars.
Drive performance across key metrics like new joins, member penetration, and financial outcomes.
Shape the future by developing business cases for new products and enhancements that balance customer value with profitability.
Spot opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis-boosting adoption and awareness across our Financial Products.

About You

3+ years of product management experience, ideally in Insurance or Travel.
A knack for clear, compelling communication across diverse audiences.
You excel at managing service providers and internal suppliers, while also juggling multiple activities and making priority calls.
Strong skills in business case development, supplier management, and prioritisation.
Sharp analytical thinking and solid financial acumen to guide decision-making and strategy.
