- Supervise and develop the Accounts Payable team.
- Manage prioritisation and quality assurance of accounts payable activities.
- Ensure compliance with WoAG legislative and governance frameworks.
- Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Drive process improvement and update relevant policies.
- Prepare reconciliations, journals, and management reports.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Accounts Payable management or supervision.
- Legislative Knowledge: A solid understanding of the PGPA Act and other Commonwealth financial frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with systems such as Expense8, TechnologyOne, and advanced Excel.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and develop a team.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
