- Knowledge of licensing, health & safety, and compliance frameworks
- Someone who takes initiative, adapts easily, and keeps cool under pressure
- RSA, RSG, and RMLV (ideal) certifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, patience and positive mindset
