- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular contact and on-site visits
- Main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing expert advice
- Promote new products and services to add value for accounts
- Resolve customer issues quickly
- Lead internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from order to delivery
- Manage customer contracts, including renewals and amendments, to ensure compliance
- Analyse account profitability and take action to meet minimum profitability targets
- Monitor budgets and develop strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Utilise sales tools and software to effectively track activities and report on progress
- Ensure all work is performed in full compliance with company HSEQ standards and procedures
- Proven experience in a customer-facing management role, ideally within the healthcare, home oxygen, or aged care sectors
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage profitability and budgets
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A firm understanding of contract management principles
- Proficiency in using a range of software applications, including Sales Tools, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems
- A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards
