Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Manager to lead our Home Oxygen and Aged Care market across WA. This role is crucial for maintaining and growing our key accounts, ensuring a superior customer experience, and driving profitability. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on relationship management and strategic planning.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular contact and on-site visits
  • Main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing expert advice
  • Promote new products and services to add value for accounts
  • Resolve customer issues quickly
  • Lead internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from order to delivery
  • Manage customer contracts, including renewals and amendments, to ensure compliance
  • Analyse account profitability and take action to meet minimum profitability targets
  • Monitor budgets and develop strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Utilise sales tools and software to effectively track activities and report on progress
  • Ensure all work is performed in full compliance with company HSEQ standards and procedures

  • ​Proven experience in a customer-facing management role, ideally within the healthcare, home oxygen, or aged care sectors
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage profitability and budgets
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A firm understanding of contract management principles
  • Proficiency in using a range of software applications, including Sales Tools, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems
  • A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards
