About the RoleGrampians Health Stawell is currently seeking Casual Administration Officers to work across Simpson Ward, Urgent Care, Theatre and Preadmissions. This position is supported by a dedicated team of Administration Co-ordinators and Nurse Unit Managers. Varying shifts including evening and weekend shifts available.We are seeking a highly motivated employee who has attention to detail, organisational and data entry skills.Key Responsibilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
  • Self -motivated with a positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Practices in a manner that supports and promotes Grampian Health core values
Skills & ExperienceApplicants with previous health administration experience is desirable
  • Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to escalate concerns
  • Proven ability to problem solve and prioritise workload
