This 12-month fixed term contract role offers the opportunity to be right at the heart of delivering some of the most exciting live events across Australia and New Zealand.Working closely with leading promoters, you’ll be the central point connecting teams across Ticketing, Marketing, Tour Accounting, Production, and Partnerships. Tour management: Drive tours end-to-end, from initial planning through to settlement, ensuring nothing is missed.
Venue & routing coordination: Manage venue availability requests and support tour routing development.
Financial oversight: Collaborate on tour budgets, oversee artist deposits and payments, and assist with monthly forecasting.
Contracts & agreements: Review and execute venue hire agreements, artist contracts, and deal structures.
Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the central link between Promoters, Ticketing, Marketing, Partnerships, Tour Accounting, and Production.
Stakeholder communication: Keep all teams aligned on responsibilities, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Meetings & reporting: Organise and lead kick-off meetings for arena and stadium tours while managing itineraries and system updates.
Relationship building: Develop strong connections with promoters, agents, venues, and managers.
