- Collaborate with department heads to influence commercial decisions and drive profitability
- Provide financial guidance on pricing, product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Lead budgeting, forecasting across different departments
- Deliver monthly reporting packs with variance analysis and executive commentary
- Build dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and investment decisions
- Analyse key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and NRR
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to assess campaign ROI and customer acquisition efficiency
- CA/CPA qualified
- 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles
- Prior exposure to SaaS, tech, or subscription-based business models highly desirable
- Prior exposure to SaaS, tech, or subscription-based business models highly desirable
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Demonstrated ability with BI tools and dashboard creation
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to SLT
- Commercial mindset with a passion for data-driven strategy
