About the Role:The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a compassionate Carer Consultant to join the team within our Older Persons Mental Health service.The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.As a Carer Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in utilising your 'Lived Experience' of caring for a person with mental illness to assist families in understanding and ensuring their perspectives and needs are understood and addressed throughout the healthcare journey.In this rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to:
