We are looking for skilled data professionals to join a Federal Government Agency as part of a high-performing team in two exciting roles based in Geelong for 12 month assignments.
  • EL1 Assistant Director - Data and Reporting
  • APS6 Data and Reporting Officer
Key Skills Required
  • Strong quantitative and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in handling and analysing large datasets from data warehouses
  • Ability to synthesise and communicate complex information
  • Experience with statistical tools: R, Python, Excel, SAS/SQL
  • Effective communication of insights to non-technical audiences (advanced for EL1, developing for APS6)
Desirable
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • Experience in modelling, forecasting, or statistical learning techniques (especially for EL1)
  • Leadership experience in data analysis projects (EL1)
