- Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
- Answer calls, emails, and coordinate general correspondence
- Organise meeting room bookings, catering, and internal events
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and office supplies
- Provide admin support across departments
- Assist with onboarding and desk allocations for new team members
- Maintain a professional, safe, and well-presented office space
- Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or office coordination role
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both in person and over the phone
- A polished and professional appearance with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, stay calm under pressure, and handle competing priorities
- Confidence working independently, but also as part of a team
