- Manage the day-to-day aesthetic and smooth running of the office and public areas.
- Be the first point of contact / liaison for all office contractors and maintenance staff in regards to maintenance requests and general office needs.
- Assist with a broad range of a administration tasks, including but not limited to booking travel and accommodation, arranging couriers, organizing staff initiatives & events, supporting the delivery of group-wide projects, reporting, supporting functions and other Ad Hoc duties as required.
- Managing our QLD Reception, this includes managing all inbound calls and reception emails, as well as assisting visitors to the office.
