Oversee and complete all aspects of financial reporting and analysis.
Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts to support business planning.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Lead a team of three and drive their development.
Analyse financial data to provide insights for CFO and CEO.
Manage cash flow and maintain effective cost control measures.
Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:

A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional accreditation such as CPA or CA.
Proven experience in financial management.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
