- Delivering high-volume TA support - you'll be primarily recruiting Educators and Coordinators for our QLD services
- Building strong partnerships and capability amongst your hiring managers - setting clear expectations, communicating progress etc
- Building pipelines, creating standout ads, proactively sourcing, and maintaining candidate momentum
- Monitoring market trends, sharing insights, and evolving our TA strategy
- Taking part in broader TA/P&C projects
