- Define the product vision, roadmap, and functional requirements for the InsureTech platform, ensuring alignment with HRS's SaaS strategy.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features that meet customer needs and business goals.
- Lead the integration of advanced functionalities, including real-time claims validation, omnichannel communication, and predictive analytics.
- Product Solution Ownership
- Act as the strategic owner of the InsureTech vertical, ensuring end-to-end alignment across user personas, business needs, and technical execution.
- Design and validate persona-driven experiences for insurance agents, claimants, and other stakeholders.
- Drive seamless interoperability with insurance ecosystems (e.g., ENData, Duck Creek, Guidewire) and third-party suppliers via API integrations.
- Agent-Centric Features
- Develop dashboards for agents to monitor claims, view metrics, forecast emergencies, and manage account settings.
- Integrate predictive analytics and reporting to enable proactive planning for future demand.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Operate within the Product Trio, collaborating with Engineering Leads and Product Designers to deliver a cohesive platform experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, Finance and Customer Success, to align on go-to-market strategies and feature releases.
- Metrics-Driven Ownership
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including adoption, user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Utilize customer insights and data to continuously iterate on the product strategy.
- Customer Advocacy
- Actively engage with insurance carriers to gather feedback, validate features, and champion the value of the InsureTech platform.
- Represent HRS in industry events and client meetings, positioning the InsureTech platform as a market leader.
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in SaaS or enterprise platform development. Experience in InsureTech, FinTech, or TravelTech is a strong advantage.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of API-driven platforms, data analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
- Customer-Centricity: Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.
- Metrics-Driven Approach: Proficiency in using data to inform decisions and measure success (e.g., adoption, CLV, satisfaction).
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
