From operations and maintenance to asset management and fuel supply services, our team's expertise ensures we deliver effectively and sustainably.As a result of expanding scope of works within UGL’s portfolio, we are seeking experienced E&I Technicians to join our Operations & Maintenance team at the Darwin RAAF Base, NT.This would be an exciting and unique opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment to support the national security requirements of the Nation. Benefit from the opportunity to work with a Tier 1 services provider in a long-term, operations and maintenance contractThe RoleReporting to a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be based at one of our sites in Darwin, supporting the NT Region, with occasional regional travel across NT. You will be a part of a core crew of UGL technicians. These duties will include, but not limited to;

Perform scheduled maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment
Diagnostics and repair in a breakdown environment of fuel related assets and equipment
Project work as required on the fuel installation and related assets and equipment
Support subcontracted work packages as required
Support various sites in the NT Region, with occasional requirement to travel to various sites throughout NT

The Rates:New Rates as of 1st July 2025Maintenance Trades (Electrical)

Level 1 - $45.74 p/h + Super - Plus Licence Allowance ($50.40 Weekly) & Tool Allowance ($36.43 Weekly)
Level 2 - $49.34 p/h + Super - Plus Licence Allowance ($50.40 Weekly) & Tool Allowance ($36.43 Weekly)
Level 3 (Dual Trade) - $52.95 p/h + Super - Plus Licence Allowance ($50.40 Weekly) & Tool Allowance ($36.43 Weekly)

What you NeedYou will be a strong team player, a self-starter and dedicated employee that will draw on your experience and diverse skills to deliver high quality outcomes for UGL and our customer. We expect the successful applicants to have the following

Cert IV Instrumentation and A-grade electrical licence with relevant post trade experience
Proven experience working in fixed plant maintenance, ideally fuel services or Oil & Gas
Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) trained required
Confined space and working at heights tickets will be highly regarded
Safety is at the forefront of everything you do!
Currently hold, or ability to obtain appropriate Defence Security Clearance
