They are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative Brisbane team.ABOUT THE POSITION.An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of complex, high-value projects and play a pivotal role in both pre- and post-contract services. You’ll work in a flexible environment that actively supports your career development and personal well-being.DUTIES.

Provide detailed cost planning, estimation and value engineering.
Lead and mentor junior team members.
Conduct risk analysis and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Deliver accurate cost reporting and liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

5+ years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
Proficiency with CostX or similar software.
A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Experience in Residential, Commercial or Education projects is beneficial.
