- Administer contracts, including variations, claims and payment assessments
- Prepare accurate commercial reports, forecasts and cost-to-complete reviews
- Manage contractor progress reports, surveillance records and site diaries
- Collaborate with planning, engineering and procurement teams
- Maintain a register of commercial correspondence and manage timelines for notices
- Provide strategic commercial advice to project leadership
- Support procurement processes and subcontractor negotiations
- Mentor and support junior commercial team members
- Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Proven 1st tier contractor experience on complex civil or infrastructure projects
- Deep understanding of contract models (e.g. EPC, remeasurement) and construction law
- Skilled in reporting, risk assessment, variation negotiation and earned value management
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, site-based environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with RMS/TfNSW standards is advantageous
- Membership with RICS or similar bodies is a plus
