Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products accurately and efficiently on a production line while ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are maintained throughout the process.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to produce goods according to specificationsAssemble components manually or with machinery based on standard operating procedures (SOPs)Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality control checksPackage, label, and prepare finished goods for shipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentReport malfunctions or unsafe equipment conditions to supervisorsMeet production quotas and timelines without compromising product qualityFollow company policies and safety regulationsParticipate in training and continuous improvement programsCollaborate with other team members and shift leaders to optimize efficiencyRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a manufacturing or assembly line role is preferredAbility to operate basic hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityGood communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructionsPhysical stamina and ability to stand, lift, and move for extended periodsWillingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
