- Effectively and consistently builds capability and confidence (continually developed through training and coaching from the RSM) in the sales process and selling techniques, ensuring all KPI's (account base, distribution and volume) are met and exceeded.
- Channel priorities understood and actioned.
- Ensures compliance to in store standards including fridge, post mix and point of sale. • Ensures compliance to promotional plan
- Ensures Asahi Lifestyle Beverages (ALB) products are available across all customers in their territory in accordance with account and channel plans.
- Ensure NPD is effectively executed in field
- Contribute to market share growth via executing NPD, promotional plans, distribution, fridge compliance, call coverage and customer satisfaction
- Solid sales experience, ideally within field in FMCG
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well-developed selling skills including planning & implementing commercial programs
- Well-developed conflict management
