- Assist in implementing the company's risk management methodology.
- Support risk assessments, workshops, and the ERM roadmap.
- Manage and update the enterprise risk management software.
- Prepare risk reports for business units, Board, and committees.
- Assist with the annual risk framework review and the risk management section of the annual report.
- Contribute to the development of key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Support risk financing strategies and insurance program renewals.
- Assist with documentation, presentations, and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with site managers on insurance needs, prepare insurance manuals, and monitor costs.
- Help manage claims and insurance risk surveys.
- Lead periodic insurance broker tenders.
