
Senior Digital Content Specialist

- Develop and deliver impactful digital content to support communications, campaigns, and internal initiatives
- Collaborate with communications, marketing, and project teams to ensure cohesive, engaging messaging
- Lead the design and rollout of digital campaigns, templates, and multimedia storytelling
- Manage and enhance the digital asset library to ensure accessibility, relevance, and efficiency
- Provide expert advice on digital communications tools and best practices
- Report on digital engagement and provide insights to inform strategy
- Support upskilling across the organisation through training and guidance on digital content and asset management
- Tertiary qualification in Media, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in digital content creation, campaign development, and graphic/multimedia design
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management systems (DAM)
- Strong skills in web publishing, SEO/SEM, and analytics reporting
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership
- Proactive, innovative, and detail-focused with a strong customer service mindset
