About the Role. This is a hands-on site leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating trades and suppliers, and ensuring the successful delivery of the Shepparton project to time and quality benchmarks.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations for a 5-level commercial build
- Coordinate and manage multiple trades and subcontractors on site
- Maintain construction program schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Monitor workmanship and uphold strict quality standards
- Enforce OH&S procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Liaise with the Project Manager, Engineers, and site team to resolve issues promptly
- Drive site productivity while maintaining compliance and standards
- Demonstrated experience as a Foreman on multi-level commercial projects
- Strong background in concrete structures and formwork is essential
- Highly organised, punctual, and reliable with strong leadership ability
- Sound understanding of construction programs and scheduling
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Relevant trade background or builder qualification preferred
- Long-term pipeline of commercial work across Victoria
