- Create quotes for software renewals and new subscriptions
- Manage service tickets for PC builds and licensing
- Convert quotes into purchase orders and handle procurement
- Track stock and update teams on delivery timelines
- Receive and log incoming stock
- Communicate with internal teams and clients about stock updates
- Manage supplier and sales queues, assigning tasks as needed
- Update software/hardware records with expiry dates and new items
- Liaise with vendors for delivery times, returns, and other requests
- Request approvals for hardware builds
- Prepare hardware for shipping
- Enter invoices into MYOB
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in administration and customer service
- Accurate data entry
- Familiarity with ConnectWise and MYOB
- Business admin education or vendor certifications (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos)
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
