The position of Administration Officer will coordinate and support a team of frontline clinical staff for the Child Development Service and perform a range of administration functions to provide consistent and high-quality services.This position will be required to work across two locations: Coorparoo Child Development two days per week, with the rest of the time working from Keperra Child Development. The applicant will be required to have flexibility regarding days/locations to meet operational requirements.Job details Position status Permanent

  • Greeting patients and their families and providing a professional customer service including phone support.
  • Providing information regarding locations of services/and/or patients within the facility and other CYCHS service locations.
  • Managing, distributing, and sorting correspondence and deliveries.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks to support patient flow, patient care and movements within the facility.
  • Maintaining data integrity by checking all data in the patient information and billing systems and modifying/updating to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and provide support in accordance with policies and procedures for both medical and administrative records.
  • Comply with relevant administrative organisational goals and KPIs and manage and undertake specific administration duties as directed.
